In the recent gale force winds a huge roof tile blew off and broke. We could see daylight through the ceiling and were worried about the next lot of rain coming straight through, so we needed someone to come out ASAP. We contacted 3 or 4 companies, but antosservices, who was recommended by a friend, said they would be out the next day at 12 pm. We couldn't believe that they said they would come out so quickly. The other traders either didn't phone us back or keep the promise they made to come out. Only antosservices came out the next day at 12pm prompt! Andrzej and Ania worked together on our 3-story house to replace the roof tile and they did it in the bad weather, but before the next rains came! We were so relieved and thoroughly impressed. They are the loveliest people and extremely professional, mannerly and genuine. The rate they charged was most reasonable too. They recognised that our predicament was urgent and dealt with it faster than we had thought possible from a trader. So, don't bother wasting your time waiting for other companies to do as they promise and then being disappointed - just ring antos. We know who we're going to give our business to if we need help again in the future. Why can't all companies be like them? Antosservices "do as they say on the tin". That's all customers want. Can't rate them highly enough. You'll see what I mean when you try them for yourself. They did us an invaluable service. When they left, we both just went, "Phew!" and couldn't stop saying for the rest of the day how glad we were that the roof was sorted. The problem was no more, because Antosservices was 'all over it'
